We delivered multiple email and social media campaigns in order to engage with their existing audience and attract repeat customers. This was delivered with the help of a new marketing calendar that tracked previous seasonal sales. We also developed a new "request a quote" feature on their website, making the enquiry process significantly easier, both for the end user and the client. This new website dramatically changed how leads were collected and managed.
