After undergoing a visual rebrand, ACE required strategic narrative development to effectively communicate their services to a defined target market. With the upcoming launch of a new clinic, ACE needed to refine their messaging to build a strong customer pipeline and increase brand visibility.

We conducted a series of workshops with internal stakeholders, guiding them through our tailored theoretical frameworks. From these sessions, we developed a clearly defined strategic narrative and value proposition, aligning with their target audience – which we also helped refine. Together with ACE, we created an implementation roadmap outlining key deliverables for the next six months.

Once the workshops were completed, we began rolling out the new strategy across their website, social media channels and relevant press. We carefully mapped the websites user journey to ensure a seamless experience, making it easy for visitors to access information, understand ACE’s services, and take action – whether by getting in touch or booking a consultation.

Our ongoing website work focuses on engaging their target audience – parents, grandparents, and carers of children with allergies – by making imagery and language more accessible and less clinical. Fortunately, ACE’s established brand guidelines provided a strong foundation, which we adapted into social media templates and messaging guidelines to maintain brand consistency.

For social media, we developed a targeted strategy that incorporated influencer collaborations, ensuring content resonated with the right audience. The collaborated influencer reel was viewed 19,979 times, helping to increase ACE’s Instagram profile visits by 155% and ACE’s external link taps by 219% compared to the previous month. This approach led to record engagement levels and successfully expanded ACE’s reach.

The total users to the website is increasing steadily over time.

The use of video content in Reels has significantly increased social media engagement.
