As well as running her own company, Chishick Communications, Natalie is also our acting PR Director. Natalie has spent 18+ years helping healthcare organisations shape their reputation, secure national coverage, and manage high-stakes communications. From crisis management to government affairs, her work positions brands where it matters most: in the minds of decision-makers, journalists, and stakeholders.
Paul Millard - Creative Director, Alchemy
Paul has decades of experience in design, publishing, and creative marketing. He leads on visual identity, graphics, and campaign design, helping brands translate strategy into bold, effective visuals. Alongside his business partner Scott Reed, Paul manages Alchemy’s creative team, ensuring every touchpoint feels cohesive, professional, and memorable. Jo Millard - Head of Marketing, Alchemy
Jo brings the creative spark that makes strategy come alive. With deep experience in brand building and marketing delivery, she ensures campaigns don’t just look good, but work hard. Jo also manages Alchemy’s wider marketing team, coordinating a network of specialists to deliver seamlessly across digital, brand, and content. Jo is front of house when it comes to OVM retainers, and with the help of Sital and Freddy, leads the post workshop implementations.
Scott Reed - Design Director, Alchemy
Scott is Paul’s long-standing business partner at Alchemy. With a strong background in creative design and visual communication, he specialises in taking complex briefs and transforming them into visuals that capture attention and drive results. Together with Paul, Scott leads Alchemy’s team of designers, bringing depth, innovation, and reliability to every project. The Alchemy design team manages all graphic design and animation for OVM and our clients.
Scarlett Wakely - Marketing Executive
Scarlett is at the start of her marketing career, working alongside our senior consultants to gain hands-on experience in strategy, content, and campaign delivery. Her role reflects OVM’s belief in education and growth — not only for our clients, but within our own team.
